The hope and prayer for our children at the Greenville ARP Church is that they may know Jesus, love Him, and walk in the truth of his grace. Our prayer for them is that they may be trained up in God’s Word, to know it in their hearts and apply it, and to serve the Lord with gladness. Our prayer is that we would encourage all families to be involved, equipped, and focused on unity and growth in the Lord in and outside of the home. We invite children, infant through 5th grade, to be a part of our ministry opportunities that mold and shape their hearts into the likeness of Christ. We pray that the Lord would use our programs and events to share the Gospel with our children and with others. Children are a gift and a heritage from the Lord and we welcome you to join us in our ministry as we seek to glorify God and enjoy Him forever.
Ongoing Programs
Sunday Morning
Sunday School
Sunday School is offered for specific age groups: Nursery (infant and toddler), Beginners (2 and 3 years old), Kindergarten (4 and 5 years old), Primary (1st grade), Middler (2nd and 3rd grade), Junior (4th and 5th grade).
Worship Childcare
Nursery and childcare is available for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old during Sunday school and the duration of the worship service.
Extended Learning Time is available following the children's sermon. K4 and K5 age children are dismissed for a time of learning and play with Extended Learning Time Teachers.
Wednesday Night Program
Programs provided for nursery age, Kindergarten (2-5), and a group lesson for 1st-5th graders. These classrooms are located in the downstairs area of the church building and in the Educational Building.
Sunday Worship Time
Worship is an important time to gather as fellow believers and for children to spend time under the teaching and preaching of God’s Word together with the family of God. We welcome children to participate in worship no matter their age.
There are special bulletins and coloring notebooks available for children to use during the service if needed. Also, following the special children’s message given during the worship service by one of the pastors, kindergarten age and under children are welcome to leave with the teachers for extended learning time in the Sunday school classrooms.

1st, 2nd, 3rd graders meet in the Educational Building for a time of fellowship and Bible study once a month.

4th and 5th graders spend time in a member’s home eating a meal and having Bible study once a montha
